As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating the patient journey from diagnosis through treatment, ensuring smooth communication between the dental team and patients. You will provide detailed explanations of treatment plans, assist with scheduling, and handle financial arrangements, all while delivering exceptional patient care and service. This position requires a blend of excellent communication, organizational skills, and a patient-centered approach. Pay $25 - $30 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) Requirements Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 2+ years of practice Minimum of 2 years experience in a Dental office. Job Description Consult with patients to explain proposed treatment plans, answering any questions they may have about procedures, costs, and expected outcomes. Review and explain treatment options in detail, ensuring patients are fully informed and comfortable with their choices. Schedule patient appointments and assist with the coordination of multiple procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing delays. Work with insurance companies to verify benefits and secure pre-authorizations for treatment, providing patients with accurate cost estimates. Handle financial arrangements with patients, including presenting treatment costs, discussing payment options, and facilitating insurance claims. Create and maintain patient treatment schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care. Follow up with patients regarding treatment, confirming appointments, and addressing any concerns or changes in treatment plans. Ensure excellent communication between the dentist, dental team, and patients to ensure treatment progress is clearly understood by all parties. Track patient progress throughout their treatment, ensuring all necessary follow-ups are scheduled and performed. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, financial agreements, and insurance information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Assist with marketing and patient retention efforts by educating patients about services, promotions, or special offers. Collaborate with the front desk and clinical team to streamline office operations and enhance the patient experience. Provide administrative support when needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing patient inquiries.
