What You'll Be Doing

As our Lead Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes.
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality and consistency in every plate.
- Collaborating on menu creation to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Managing inventory and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Lead Chef who brings:
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure.
