Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician / RBT As a Center-based RBT You Will Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered Wellness And Development Supports Propel Offers 10 days paid time off/vacation 11 paid company holidays Individualized health insurance plan provided by Propel Career development opportunities and strong focus on promotion from within Regular supervision, continuing education, and mentorship opportunities provided by in person, committed BCBA’s Supervised fieldwork hours towards board certification for BCBA candidates 60% of scheduled hours are guaranteed Three schedule options for full time employees to give flexibility to employees pursuing educational advancement You Will Need An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com) A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred Must pass Propel administered background check Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance About Propel Autism: Our mission is to transform the lives of children with Autism and their families by providing consistent, high-quality care, coordinated with other healthcare providers and backed by the latest research, data and technology.
