Customer Service Rep

Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Support I – Systems professional to provide administrative, customer service, and systems support within a busy service management environment. Responsibilities Process and track Material Requests and service documentation. Review reports for duplicate or unnecessary requests. Maintain spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel. Track parts and create weekly/monthly usage reports. Organize and maintain files, RMAs, SRs, and other documentation. Provide professional customer support and communicate with internal teams. Follow company safety and attendance policies. Qualifications High school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent experience. 0– 4 years of related experience; semiconductor/manufacturing experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong data entry, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
