Would you like to work in a variety of roles, talking to leads and scheduling them for service on some days and working in the field cleaning on others? As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. Your focus will be to convert prospects into customers, but you will be counted on and not afraid to lead in multiple other areas of the business including scheduling, customer relations, celebrations, hiring, in-home estimating and even joining our Home Service Professionals for in-home cleaning and training! Prior customer service and professional cleaning experience required

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Complete a background check

You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired but not required

Drivers license required

Benefits & Pay

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.50 per hour.
