Financial Planning Analyst

Salary:
$65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Remote but must be located in the Jacksonville, FL area

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a rapidly growing, acquisition-focused organization in the healthcare and pharmacy space. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys financial analysis, data reconciliation, and transforming large datasets into meaningful business insights.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position will play a critical role in revenue analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple entities. Jacksonville, FL area candidates are strongly preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and reconcile high-volume revenue and billing data across multiple business entities
• Support forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Develop financial models, including product pricing and margin analysis
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities within large, complex datasets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity
• Assist with financial integration efforts related to acquisitions
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for leadership
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Travel occasionally to Las Vegas, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related analytical role
• Strong experience working with large datasets, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other high-volume transaction environments
• Exposure to multi-entity organizations or acquisition-driven companies
• Familiarity with data visualization or AI-driven analytical tools
