RN Clinical Supervisor – Cardiac Surgical Step Down (Weekend Nights) Tulsa, OK | Starting at $40.12/hour | Full‑Time | Weekend Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Summary The RN Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support for a Cardiac Surgical Step Down Unit while overseeing staffing, patient placement, and quality patient care. This role is ideal for an experienced cardiac RN with leadership experience who thrives in a fast‑paced hospital environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Assist with staffing assignments and patient placement Serve as a clinical resource for patient care and problem resolution Monitor quality of care and adherence to hospital policies Coach and mentor nursing personnel Coordinate patient transfers and bed management Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families Participate in performance improvement and staff education initiatives Qualifications Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Step Down experience required Previous Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of telemetry and post‑cardiac surgery patient care Excellent communication and organizational skills Schedule Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend Premium Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday 36 hours per week Apply Today!
