Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring per-diem PTs with Oasis experience. Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment.

Requirements:

• Florida State PT License
• PT Oasis experience
• CPR Certification
• Malpractice Insurance
• Recent Physical Exam
• 3 Years PT experience

Qualifications:

• Must be patient oriented
• Have excellent communication and written skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Experience:

• Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)

Compensation: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour Family is everything.
