Chang’s established procedures and under the direction of the Operating Partner. This lead front‑of‑house management role requires effective leadership, training, and guest service excellence. Job Responsibilities Supervise and facilitate training of all Hospitality Team Members Communicate clearly with Team Members, other management, and guests Develop schedules for all Hospitality team members Hold pre‑shift meetings to provide daily focus and direction for staff Hold front‑of‑house staff accountable for dress code standards Ensure adherence to state safety and sanitation guidelines Support inventory execution Manage controllable expenses for the area of responsibility Assign and complete side work as appropriate Manage check‑outs for all Hospitality staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for team members and guests Handle guest service issues professionally with compassion Live the company message and inspire others to do the same Stand, walk, lift, reach, bend, balance, and transport items up to 30 lbs repeatedly; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Operate kitchen equipment including wok, mixer, slicer, buffalo chopper, knives, and maintain their integrity Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in restaurant management Valid driver’s license for occasional duties such as shift coverage, liquor license compliance, delivery, marketing, and traveling between locations Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Experience mentoring and training hourly team members Strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and team direction Preferences Experience in a casual or upscale dining setting Experience with a corporate restaurant chain and established processes Involvement in inventory management, cost of goods control, and overall financial oversight #J-18808-Ljbffr P.F.
