They are growing, and would like to bring on a Construction leader to help.Job DescriptionProject Acquisition:Using industry contacts to generate leadsParticipate in RFP processParticipate in Contract negotiations as neededPre-Construction / Project Start-up:Work with Pre-Con team to develop budgets and schedulesAssemble project TeamLead Turnover Meeting between Pre-Con and Project Team.Project Operations:Thoroughly understand contract and ensure project team understands and is compliantVisit project site regularly to monitor performanceMonitor and evaluate performance of project teamFull understanding of Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting and P&L for projectAssist project staff with Baseline Schedule developmentAssist project team Lean/Last Planner processesChampion project safety program and performanceClient Management:Attend owner and project meetings, maintain continuous client communicationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
