What We Offer: Competitive base pay + performance bonuses Paid holidays & PTO Closed Sundays Flexible scheduling with rotating weekday off Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid training & advancement opportunities Employee discounts Supportive, team-oriented workplace What You'll Do: Greet customers and build lasting relationships Listen to customer concerns and translate them into repair needs Present inspections and service recommendations clearly and honestly Prepare estimates and communicate timelines Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers Deliver completed invoices and explain services performed Help maintain a clean, organized, professional front counter What We're Looking For: Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and sales skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop Positive attitude and team mindset Valid driver's license Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week Shop hours: MondayFriday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm Employees receive one rotating weekday off plus Sunday Typical schedule averages 4045 hours per week Closed every Sunday for work-life balance Why This Role Matters: You are the bridge between our technicians and customers.
