Billing Clerk – $23–$24/hr depending on experience – Whittier, CA
Location: Whittier, CA
Pay: $23–$24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 8am to 5pm
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Whittier, CA. This is a hands-on role responsible for billing, invoicing, credit card processing, and general office accounting support. If you are a critical thinker with strong organizational skills and billing expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Summary:
Billing and invoicing
Pro-rating and credit card processing
Posting payments, collections, and account reconciliation
Data entry and work order generation
General office accounting and filing duties
Support payroll and accounts payable processes
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
10-key proficiency
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with some Excel experience required
QuickBooks experience preferred
Ability to perform general mathematics accurately
Clear, legible penmanship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer and employee relations skills
