Adecco is seeking a motivated and people-focused Internal Recruiter to support recruiting operations across our Holland and Grand Rapids offices. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting candidates with career opportunities, and contributing to a fast-paced staffing environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling between both office locations, managing multiple priorities, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of client positions.

• Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments.

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.

• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and community outreach to attract candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with clients and internal partners.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.

• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, associates, and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between the Holland and Grand Rapids offices.

• Competitive pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
