Community Association Manager

Position Overview This is a highly visible, operational leadership role serving as the central point of coordination for the homeowners association. The Community Association Manager (CAM) will oversee all HOA operations, working closely with the Board of Directors, residents, ownership, and service providers to ensure seamless execution across governance, financial management, compliance, community standards, and resident services. This role requires a strong hospitality mindset, operational discipline, and the ability to manage high expectations in an ultra-luxury environment. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship manager, operator, and problem solver. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, committees, and third‑party vendors Lead day‑to‑day HOA operations, community inspections, and service delivery Maintain and enforce community standards, governing documents, and architectural guidelines Prepare Board meeting materials, annual meetings, budgets, and committee documentation Oversee homeowner communications, requests, disputes, and covenant enforcement Manage vendor relationships across landscaping, maintenance, security, and specialty services Assist with annual budgets, reserve planning, and capital improvement initiatives Monitor operational expenses, vendor contracts, and financial performance against budget Coordinate repairs, capital projects, and preventative maintenance across community assets Support compliance with Florida HOA regulations and risk management protocols Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove resident experience aligned with the community’s luxury standards Qualifications 4+ years of community association management experience, ideally within luxury residential, private club, or resort environments Strong experience supporting HOA Boards, budgets, reserves, and governance processes Proven background in vendor management, capital planning, and operational oversight Strong understanding of covenant enforcement, homeowner communication, and compliance Experience with architectural review processes and design approvals is highly preferred Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and reserve analysis Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through Professional, discreet, and service‑oriented with strong emotional intelligence Why This Role?
