Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of injection-molded containers, lids, and cups. They’re seeking a Sustainability Manager to manage the company's commitment to sustainable solutions and advance a circular plastics market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

    \n
  • Monitoring, interpreting, & ensuring compliance with North American sustainability regulations, including ERP laws, state-specific fees, & provincial policies
    • \n
  • Driving packaging innovation, ensuring proactive compliance with rapidly evolving global regulations, & partnering directly with customers to guide sustainable product strategies
    • \n

What We’re Looking For:

\n
    \n
  • Sustainability experience in packaging, plastics, or the CPG industry
    • \n
  • Proven success navigating EPR laws, recycling regulations, & circular economy initiatives
    • \n
  • Experience working with CPG brands, retailers, & regulatory bodies is a plus
    • \n
\n
