Marketing Coordinator

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Los Angeles to keep campaign work organized from the initial brief through publication. This full-time, on-site role combines practical administration, clear writing, and an interest in how audiences respond to content. Take the brief through to delivery Clarify campaign objectives, audiences, deliverables, deadlines, and approval routes. Collect approved copy, images, specifications, and links for production. Maintain content calendars, asset folders, status trackers, and version histories. Prepare short marketing copy and social captions for review. Coordinate feedback between internal contributors and approved external suppliers. Check formatting, links, brand details, and approval status before release. Combine creative awareness with reliable follow through Around one year of marketing, communications, content, or project-support experience is helpful. A substantial internship, student project, freelance assignment, or portfolio can also demonstrate readiness when it shows your own contribution clearly. You should be comfortable editing written content, working with spreadsheets, and organizing files. Canva or a comparable design tool is useful; advanced design credentials are not required. This is a coordination role, not a disguised direct-sales position.
