If you’re ready to grow and make an impact, we’d love to be on your team.As an Inside Account Manager (IAM), you will own the post-purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring orders are executed with speed, accuracy, and discipline from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and collections. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after a PO is received, driving clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliable follow-through. This role is critical to deliver on our customer commitments and requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
