Job Details Job Location: VALCOURT EXTERIOR DC LHM - Lanham, MD 20706 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Category: Construction Responsibilities Activate all executed contracts. Schedule all work with clients. Gather necessary contact, access and special information for job execution. Update all schedules with activated contracts and execute operations. Provide clients with necessary administrative paperwork (COI’s, lien waivers, etc.). Communicate with superintendents, foremen and technicians to ensure all information has been passed to ensure smooth operations. Assist all levels of operations with information requests that arise during the day. Track job execution and communicate with clients if changes in scope develop that require additional service and schedule immediately with the client. Coordinate creation of service records to provide clients with reports on scope execution, pictures of conditions, recommendations for future work and reports on current status of safety and OSHA compliance. Create billing requests for corporate billing delivery. Throughout the process, ensure all CRM entries are made to allow BDM to further the relationship with clients through superior operations execution. Qualifications Must be able to read and understand proposals, contract documents, and client communications. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word programs, and familiar with Salesforce CRM software. Extremely self‑motivated. Good communicator able to balance client desires and operational reality. Willing to help create and uphold a company culture built on respect, constant self‑improvement, and safety. High School degree. At least 1 year of related experience. Valid driver’s license. Education and Experience High School degree. At least 1 year of related experience. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
