Signal Of Washington DC is a professional security services provider committed to delivering reliable and high-quality protection solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our workforce.
Position Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various security positions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple candidates at once, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews for security officer candidates
- Lead and facilitate new hire orientation classes, including reviewing company policies, procedures, and expectations
- Coordinate hiring efforts with management to meet staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress
- Post job advertisements and source candidates through various platforms
- Ensure all candidates meet company and licensing requirements prior to hire
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
