As the nation’s premier physician-led vein center, we combine cutting-edge, outpatient vascular treatments with compassion, integrity, and trust to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.The Insurance Precertification Coordinator is responsible for processing pre-authorization, and Predetermination requests for patients.Duties and Responsibilities:Verify patient eligibility and benefits information from the benefit notes and insurance listed in the patient chartSubmit Predeterminations of coverage, Preauthorization requests, Precertification, and Date of Service change requests to insurance companiesFollow-up with insurance companies to secure the authorizations approvals for treatmentSecure approvals or denials, ensure information is documented in the patient’s chart, and notify centers of the outcomeCollect and confirm patient sensitive data such as ID and Insurance cards from patient chartsRun daily reports corresponding with patient dataRespond to questions from insurance companies and patientsWill be cross-trained to handle all functions of benefit checking and PrecertificationOther projects as assigned by managementFull-Time: Monday-FridayQualifications:Excellent customer service skillsMust be an effective communicatorDedicated to follow-through and resultsDetail-orientedFlexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and prioritiesStrong organizational skillsThe ability to work independently and as a member of a teamMinimum Requirements:Associates Degree preferredMinimum of 1 year in administrative experience in a medical office #J-18808-Ljbffr Center for Vein Restoration
