Production Foreman

AJM Packaging Corporation, one of America’s leading manufacturers of paper products, including paper plates, cups, bowls and bags, is seeking a Production Foreman to add to our growing team! Available Shift (Full Time - 40 hours) 3rd shift 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM Responsibilities & Duties Ensure the team is working safely and following all PPE, GMP and LOTO procedures. Review and manage the team to ensure all processes are followed, ensuring excellence in quality for form, fit, function, and SQF manufacturing. Manage staffing of machines and placement of personnel to deliver maximum uptime and efficiency and meet delivery commitments. Supervise staff by assigning work, providing instruction, reviewing completed work, and giving input for performance appraisals. Track inventory levels of supplies and recommend ordering or procurement of tools, replacement parts, or similar items. Provide ongoing training to increase staff knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum Requirements High-school diploma or GED preferred; five years or more of high-speed manufacturing experience preferred; three years or more of supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
