RPh on the Go has partnered with an Infusion Pharmacy in Syracuse, NY seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a permanent, direct hire opportunity.
This position offers stable weekday hours and is a great fit for a pharmacist with a hospital, infusion, or IV background looking for a long-term role.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Direct hire
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify IV medication orders
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and workflow
- Communicate with patients regarding medications and therapy
- Support safe and accurate home infusion pharmacy operations
Qualifications:
- Active New York Pharmacist license
- Hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience
- IV compounding experience or knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong communication and clinical pharmacy skills
- Must meet applicable background requirements
