RPh on the Go is hiring a Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity in Syracuse, New York. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends .
Position Details
- Direct hire / permanent position
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Home infusion pharmacy setting
Responsibilities
- Review and verify IV medication orders
- Oversee and support pharmacy technicians
- Communicate directly with patients regarding medications and infusion therapy
- Ensure accuracy and safety throughout the medication preparation and dispensing process
- Perform standard pharmacist duties within a home infusion setting
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted New York Pharmacist license
- Previous hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience
- IV compounding experience or strong IV compounding knowledge highly preferred
- Must meet applicable background requirements
