Investment Operations Specialist Work Location: Milwaukee, WI 53202 Duration: 12+ months Payrate $20- $22 per hour Job Description: Typical types of collateral include broadly syndicated, middle market and private bank loan assets. The operational specialist works closely with internal groups to help maintain a high level of customer service. Adheres to strict business line Service Level Agreements. Will focus on the support of internal partners on a variety of client relationships. The operational specialists responsibilities include tracking pending and settled bank loan trades; provide reports to the clients on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis; and respond to internal party requests in a timely fashion. The incumbent ensures 100% accuracy and timeliness of data through proper booking and reconciliation of account activity. Bachelors degree in finance or related field, or equivalent work experience One or more years of experience in bank loan processing or loan administrative activities in the syndicated loan market Thorough knowledge of bank loan operational functions, systems, and procedures Moderate credit agreement interpretation abilities and analytical skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic teamwork environment Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including MS Office applications.
