Application Manager

A fast-growing financial markets infrastructure firm is looking for an Application Manager to lead development efforts supporting mission-critical trading systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver high-performance software used in live financial markets. What You’ll Do Lead and manage software development teams building real-time trading systems Drive project planning and coordinate with product and project management teams Translate business requirements into technical solutions with engineers Oversee SDLC processes, testing workflows, and software releases Help maintain the architecture and reliability of core trading systems Support system performance analysis, tuning, and production stability Act as a technical decision maker across design and system reliability What You Bring Experience managing software development teams building mission-critical systems Track record delivering production-quality software Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle Strong software design fundamentals and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and leadership skills Nice to Have Experience with trading systems, exchanges, or financial markets infrastructure Familiarity with Options, Equities, or Futures trading domains Knowledge of messaging or networking protocols (FIX, TCP, UDP, multicast) Experience with development tools like Git, Jira, or Jenkins Location: Remote (USA only, does not sponsor visas) If you're interested in working on real-time systems that power financial markets, I’d be happy to share more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Goliath Partners LP
