Leading user acquisition strategies, the full-time Senior Director of User Acquisition will manage a multi-disciplinary team to drive both paid and organic growth initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and execute a comprehensive user acquisition growth strategy across paid and organic channels Oversee performance marketing strategies and budget optimization for various paid channels while enhancing organic growth through content and SEO Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and integrate marketing insights into the product roadmap Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive growth experience in consumer subscription, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles Proven expertise in both paid and organic acquisition strategies with measurable success in scaling channels Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics and attribution modeling Experience thriving in a Series B/C startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and a focus on LTV:CAC Successful track record of influencing product and engineering roadmaps as part of a cross-functional team
