This role requires a professional who can ensure a positive customer experience while supporting dealership operations. The receptionist will be responsible for effective communication, recordkeeping, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.Primary DutiesGreet customers and answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.Protect the legal, financial, and ethical standards of the dealership.Maintain accurate filing of receipts and permits for efficient record keeping.Support other employees by sharing knowledge and seeking ways to improve business operations and customer service.Ensure maximum productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost control.Guide customers to appropriate departments for assistance.Verify receipt of payments and permits using consistent tracking methods.Report to work punctually and maintain a reliable schedule to foster a dependable work environment.Carry out management requests and additional duties as assigned.Operate with integrity and uphold high ethical standards.Demonstrate professionalism, maintain a neat and safe workspace, and promote a positive attitude.Working EnvironmentThis position is based in an administrative setting at the dealership, requiring in-person interaction with customers and guests. The role involves sitting, standing, talking, hearing, and using hands regularly, as well as occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.

Job Requirement:Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.At least one year of reception experience in a retail facility preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.Minimum of one year of customer service experience.Strong professional communication skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to work indoors in an administrative setting while welcoming customers.Exposure to variable weather conditions as required by duties.Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, and move throughout the facility regularly.Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.Vision to adjust focus as needed.Operate equipment safely at all times.Perform other duties as assigned.
