IT Program Director

Leading IT strategy for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, the full-time remote IT Program Director will manage technology execution throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, integration, and post-close value realization across multiple concurrent transactions. Key responsibilities Lead IT strategy, due diligence, risk assessment, and execution for various acquisition and divestiture transactions Develop and implement IT integration or separation strategies that align with business objectives and value creation goals Guide executive decision-making and oversee governance processes to ensure accountability and transparency in execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree 7+ years of managerial experience Experience leading technology due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactions Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence senior executives
