Operations Manager I Employer: Mass Commercial Cleaning Inc. Worksite Location: 660 Main St., Sturbridge, MA 01566 (Worcester County) Salary: Starting at $62,691 per year Job Description Mass Commercial Cleaning Inc. is seeking a dynamic, full-time Operations Manager I for our Sturbridge, MA business operations. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily management of our cleaning teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support operational implementation of new client accounts. Coordinate daily cleaning at client sites and dispatch necessary equipment. Supervise existing front-line / cleaning staff. Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations. Minimum Job Requirements Education: High School diploma or GED. Experience: 24 months in office/commercial cleaning and front-line staff supervision. Language: Proficiency in Spanish is required. Travel: Up to 50% of the time to various unanticipated client sites within the local geographic area and the main office. License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
