Sous Chef

A luxury hotel in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team As a Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and ensure the highest quality of food is being served to our guests Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards Train and supervise kitchen staff ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all food service areas Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner Requirements Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques ingredients and equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if needed Formal culinary training preferred but not required Salary $1300month Location Las Vegas USA We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the above requirements Please note that this is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company Join our dynamic team and be part of creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests #J-18808-Ljbffr ForceShield
