Schedule: 2 half days per week; 10 hours per week
Scope
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. This is a junior-level position focused on basic administrative tasks. Extensive prior experience is not required. The position will receive direction and support. Key Responsibilities

- Perform typing, filing, phone coverage, scheduling, calendaring, and record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Obtain supplies and sort and distribute mail.
- Support special projects by recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
- Multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong communication and organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and email systems.
- Strong administrative coordination and organizational abilities.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
High school diploma.
