This will include identifying key trends in the data to explain the business performance and trajectory. This candidate will take on ad hoc strategic projects and analyses, as required by leadership, to create new functionality or provide functionality for specified workstream. Here you have the freedom to team up and collaborate, explore your every curiosity, and help us shape the future of retail.What You Will Do•Tracks and shares performance of digital commerce workstream at weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including proactively identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators•Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, and tracks progress and actions towards those goals.•Creates insight based action plans to solve identified opportunity areas or test new ideas to improve the digital commerce area of focus•Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations for assigned area to create hypotheses and define business value to ultimately drive action for improvement.•Leads projects related to the development and improvement of assigned digital business area•Prioritizes reporting that is needed by the business, defines reporting requirements, and partners with the relevant teams to build necessary reports•Present to key stakeholders on project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activitiesMinimum Qualifications•Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Operations or relevant field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable•6-7 yrs Experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.Preferred Skills/Education•Experience in a corporate setting•Experience in retailBenefits· 401k with up to 4.25% match· Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount of strike price)· Tuition-Free Education· 10-week Maternity/Parental Leave· 10% Associate DiscountFor information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit .About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
