Hiring: General Production Associate Location: Hershey, PA Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Must be flexible to rotate all shifts (Monday Friday):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Overview:

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting production and packaging operations. This role involves repetitive tasks, equipment operation, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a food-grade environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment.
• Perform line operation, material handling, packaging, and inspection tasks.
• Ensure product quality by following specifications and completing inspections.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete routine cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to maintenance or supervision.
• Accurately record production data and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and productive environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Basic troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling.

This is a Contract position based out of Hershey, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
