Responsibilities include:Completing small to medium repairs and maintenance (2-hour to 2-day projects)Communicating clearly with customers about scope, recommendations, and pricingDelivering a "wow" experience using the repeatable Mr. Handyman WaySelf-managing your day while working independentlyProviding excellent customer service, requesting reviews, and collecting paymentsUsing technology to document work and follow company processesMaintaining safety standards, including PPE and protective booties in customer homesMinimum requirementsTo be considered, you must:Live within the service areaHave 8+ years of paid handyman or carpentry experienceOwn your own toolsBe insurable to drive a company vehiclePass a background and driving record checkBe able to lift 50 lbs independentlySafely work at heights and overhead for extended periodsMaintain a professional appearance and care for the company vehicleYour skillsetYou should be proficient in at least three of the following:CarpentryBathroom improvementsKitchen improvementsInterior and exterior paintingDrywall repair (minor and major)General plumbing and electrical (as permitted by law)Flooring installation or refinishingUnderstanding of building codesWe hire only the best — if that's you, apply todayIf you're a skilled professional who takes pride in quality work and wants to join a company that respects your craft, we'd love to meet you.
