Support the administration of compensation including salary and API. Assist with the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned.### **JOB REQUIREMENTS****:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, formulas, and formatting).* Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain pay-related information clearly.* Experience in project coordination or administration with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.**PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS****:*** Relevant internships or HR administrative experience.* 2 years of relevant professional experience.**This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.**#LI-Hybrid#LI-AS1### **Are you being referred to one of our roles?
