6 MONTH CONTRACT AT WICHITA FALLS STATE STUPPORTED LIVING CENTER. Conducting assessments, distribute medication, record and note keeping mandatory. Multiple shifts available with only 2 positions available before requisition is closed.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY:

6 AM – 2 PM

2 PM – 10 PM

10 PM – 6 AM

REQUIREMENTS :

• Must currently be licensed and registered to practice nursing by the Texas Nursing Board or a state that recognizes reciprocity through the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must not be excluded from providing services to individuals on Medicare and Medicaid.
• Must submit to and pass drug screening and criminal history checks, including fingerprint checks, and registry clearance checks.
• Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
• Must complete facility and HHSC required training including facility CPR.
• Must Comply with all other job requirements specified by the Facility.
