As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the operating room, working under the supervision of the surgeon and R.N. to maintain a safe and efficient environment. Your expertise in surgical techniques, human anatomy, and the use of advanced tools and technologies will be vital in providing exceptional care during invasive procedures.

• Ensure completion of case carts according to preference cards
• Interpret preference cards for procuring instruments and supplies
• Communicate effectively with operating room and sterile processing staff
• Review daily schedules with charge nurse and sterile processing coordinator
• Manage core phone responsibilities and coordinate breaks and lunches
• Act as a resource for SPD and Surgical Services for necessary items
• Coordinate with materials management regarding supply utilization
