General Manager

Job Description:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations at the location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and meet or exceed established goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
