Customer Care Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member (Ian Minnigerode’s Agency)

We’re looking for an Customer Care Manager who brings great customer service, professionalism, and positive energy to our team. What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities) ✅
- Run the day-to-day office operations to keep workflows smooth and efficient
- Manage calendars & scheduling (appointments, meetings, conferences)
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional tone
- Greet visitors and direct them to the right place
- Support, train, and coach the team to work smarter and succeed
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
