Responsibilities
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Assist with customer billing and policy changes
Qualifications
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, college planning, and renters insurance.
- Our office is located in Saint Louis, MO & Ladue, MO.
- Our office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a third generation State Farm agent.
- We currently have 13 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
