We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Membership Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our membership base, build relationships within the community, and create an exceptional experience for our members.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, marketing, networking, and helping others achieve their goals while earning commissions based on performance.

Position Summary

The Membership Sales is responsible for generating leads, selling memberships, building community partnerships, and executing local marketing initiatives that drive club growth.

This individual will be the face of the gym, creating positive relationships with prospects and members while helping the club achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

• Generate new membership leads through phone calls, text messaging, email, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct club tours and fitness consultations with prospective members.
• Recommend membership solutions based on individual fitness goals.
• Convert prospects into members through effective sales presentations and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
• Promote personal training services and wellness programs.
• Re-engage inactive members and former members.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media content and community engagement.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events to promote the club.
• Coordinate referral programs and member appreciation events.
• Create strategies to increase brand awareness and membership growth.

Member Experience

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests.
• Ensure every prospect and member feels welcomed and valued.
• Handle member questions and concerns professionally.
• Build long-term relationships that increase retention and referrals.
• Maintain a positive and energetic club atmosphere.

Club Operations

• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Ensure club standards are consistently met.
• Support management with special projects and promotional events
