Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ needs, utilizing both individual and couple therapy formats.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address specific issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for both couples and individuals, ensuring that every family member is included in the therapeutic process.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients dealing with separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using our digital platforms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities offered by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Our clientele often presents a variety of challenges such as emotional distress, family conflicts, blended family issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in the state of Texas.
