Systems Administrator, Labs - Mid

Overview We are seeking a Systems Administrator, Labs to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Systems Administrator, Labs maintains smooth operation of multi‑user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. Responsibilities Monitors and manages system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency. Performs system security administration functions, including creating user profiles and accounts. Sets up administrator accounts, maintains system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system‑wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations for purchasing hardware and software, coordinates installation, and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. May assume responsibility for less‑experienced staff. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance. BS, 8‑10 years of relevant experience; MS, 6‑8 years; PhD, 3‑5 years. One of the following DoD 8570 / CS‑NET‑451 certifications: Security+ SSCP CySA+ GSEC Desired Qualifications

The displayed range is an estimate and will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and contract parameters. Salary is one component of the total compensation package.
