System Administrator (TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph) Join IBM Technology Expert Labs and deliver world‑class services for our clients. As the ultimate expert in IBM products, you will bring together all necessary technology and services to help customers solve their most challenging problems. You will accelerate time to value, ensure speed and insight, and allow clients to focus on growing their business. Your Role & Responsibilities Plan, formulate, deliver, and deploy IBM BigFix configurations and patches that align with client goals. Apply technical expertise to ensure world‑class delivery while leveraging consultative skills such as problem‑solving, communication, and service orientation. Collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges. Manage system patches and distribute them to endpoint nodes using BigFix. Build and maintain effective relationships at all levels and navigate challenging debates for healthy resolutions. Proactively monitor and resolve help‑desk tickets. Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops. Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise Patch and fix management skills for security modernization, data security, identity and access management, endpoint security, and threat protection. Strong Microsoft system administration skills, especially in patch management. In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy. Proven ability to assist customers in debugging implementation issues. Active TS/SCI Fullscope Polygraph clearance. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Linux administration skills. Knowledge of HCL BigFix. Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server / Liberty.
