Company Description Thrive Physical Therapy is a family-based private practice clinic located in Chanhassen, MN. The company was founded in 2017 by Ben and Amanda Bloomer with the purpose of being different than large health systems. Every decision is patient-driven and patient-focused, rather than being solely focused on how many patients you can cram into one day. We strongly believe in a team atmosphere and providing the best possible 1-on-1 care to our patients! Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Chanhassen, MN. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on patient progress and goals. Daily responsibilities include performing thorough patient assessments, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and documenting care in a timely and accurate manner. The role involves close collaboration with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care, support clinic workflows, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. The Physical Therapist will also participate in case conferences, quality‑improvement initiatives, and community outreach as needed to support the clinic’s mission and growth. Qualifications Strong foundation in diagnosing and treating a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Demonstrated excellence in Patient Care, including patient education, safety, and adherence to individualized treatment and home exercise programs. Current Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards, documentation accuracy, and professionalism. Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations in orthopedics are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
