That mission demands a world-class team committed to excellence.If you are motivated by impact, growth, and purpose, you will find a strong sense of belonging at Quince.The RoleDecoration Operator, UV Printing & Laser EngravingQuince is hiring a Decoration Operator to support our in-house UV printing and laser engraving operations for hard-shell luggage, travel accessories and hard goods.You will operate and maintain production equipment, ensure consistent quality and help deliver high volume output across multiple decoration capabilities while reporting directly to the Decoration Lead.ResponsibilitiesLearn and operate UV printing and laser engraving machines for luggage and hard goodsPrepare and align artwork files; review designs using Adobe Illustrator or similar toolsExecute daily production runs while maintaining accuracy, quality and output targetsPerform routine cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtimeMonitor print quality, identify defects early and escalate issues to the Decoration LeadVerify logo alignment and placement based on approved templates and guidelinesSupport finishing tasks such as inspection, cleaning, packaging or labelingMaintain accurate job tracking in production software and communicate status updatesQualificationsRequired:Willingness to learn UV printing, laser engraving and other decoration techniquesExperience in printing, engraving, personalization or production environments preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow step-by-step processesFamiliarity with Adobe Illustrator or digital file prep preferredBasic understanding of color accuracy and print alignment (training provided)Reliable, organized and able to work flexible hours or overtime when neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environmentPhysical Requirements: Remove if not applicableLifting up to 25 poundsStanding and walking throughout the entirety of your shiftBending, twisting, or kneeling may be required to operate machinery or maneuvering objectsPay Range: $24/hr-$26/hrAll posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location.
