Your Mission- Own make-ready and feeding on a multicolor, high-speed Komori press
- Confidently run paper, board, foil, and plastic while holding tight tolerances
- Diagnose and resolve sheet-feeding issues; support preventive maintenance
- Keep your area spotless, safe, and organized
- Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations—every time
- Partner with the lead press operator to achieve quality and throughput targets
- 3+ years in a pressroom or similar manufacturing role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
- Comfortable following written/verbal instructions; effective solo and on a team
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stack, and operate a pallet jack
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Uncompromising about safety, quality, and efficiency
2nd Shift | 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
