Leasing Associate: Resident Experience & Marketing

The Birches in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Leasing Associate to join Thalhimer Multifamily. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and support daily leasing and property operations. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, dependable, and customer‑focused. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and property management software is preferred; MRI experience is a plus. Salary is $18.00–$24.00 per hour.
