NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the neonatal intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for critically ill infants and will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 51
• Number of Staff: 120
• Day Shift Staff: 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs, tech
• Night Shift Staff: 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs
• Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience.
• Required Certifications: NRP certification is mandatory. Stable and NIC-RNC certifications are preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for every other weekend shift.
