This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has a track record of driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Compensation Up to $200,000 per year Performance-based pay plan Long-term career growth with one of Indiana's leading dealership groups Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing new vehicle sales team Desk and structure 75–100 deals per month Maximize profitability through effective deal management and leasing strategies Maintain CSI scores above regional averages Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants Ensure accountability to sales processes, CRM follow-up, and daily performance metrics Collaborate with Finance and General Sales Manager to achieve dealership sales objectives Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales performance to maximize results Qualifications Domestic franchise experience preferred General Motors (GM) experience is a plus, but not required Strong desking, leasing, and deal structuring skills Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold sales teams accountable Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability 401(k) Health Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off #J-18808-Ljbffr
